GSA Professional Engineering Contract 871

Contract GS23F0201S

What is a GSA 871 Contract?

A GSA 871 Professional Service contract is issued by the Government Administration Services to qualified engineering organizations after a thorough due diligent review of their engineering capabilities, pricing structure and past performance histories. The GSA negotiates “most favorable” prices and discount terms in advance of contract issuance. In other words the GSA does most of the work for future users, easing their efforts for order placements. The 871 contact is issued for 5 years with the option for additional 5 year extensions after extensive audit review. The 871 contract is of the Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type. Both Fixed Price and T&M orders can be issued under this type of contract.

Engineering Services Offered

Each GSA 871 contract recipient is reviewed by GSA to determine which Special Item Number (SIN) services it is authorized to offer. ADC has been approved to offer all SIN services listed under the 871 contract. They are:

SIN 871-1: Strategic Planning for Technical Programs and Activities

SIN 871-2: Concept Development and Requirements Analysis

SIN 871-3: System Design, Engineering, and Integration

SIN 871-4: Test and Evaluation

SIN-871-5: Integrated Logistics Support
